About This Tour

A one-day Mathura-Vrindavan tour from Delhi is a practical, high-paced trip (approx. 15-16 hours) focused on visiting major temples, Key stops include Krishna Janmabhoomi (Mathura), Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir, and ISKCON Temple (Vrindavan). Options include private cabs or trains like the Taj Express.

Day 1: Delhi - Mathura - Gokul - Vrindavan - Delhi
Early Morning (6:00 AM): Pick up form Delhi NCR and drive to Gokul. Delhi to Gokul distance is approx 190 km and will take 3.5 hours to reach. Travel from Delhi to Gokul and explore attractions of Gokul at first. Nand Bhawan, Shri Thakurani Ghat, Gokul Nath Temple, Raman Reti, Chaurashi Khamba and Brahmand Ghat are some of the top attractions to visit in Gokul.

Drive back to Mathura which will take 20 minutes approx. Here you will visit Shree Krishna Janmbhoomi Temple at first where you can find the Jail where Lord Krishna has taken birth. Afterwards, visit Dwarkadhish Temple, one of the most famous temples in Mathura. There are several places to see in Mathura as Vishram Ghat, Govardhan Hill, Kans Qila, Mathura Museum, Radha Kund. You can also visit Gita Temple where all 18 chapters of Bhagwad Geeta are inscribed on pillars of the temple.

Late Afternoon (4:00 PM): Proceed to Vrindavan where you will visit Bankey Bihari Temple, Iskcon Temple, Nidhivan and Prem Mandir. Visiting Prem Mandir in evening is best time as you will experience a magical vibe all around with stunning illuminated architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Ligh and Fountain show, cool weather, evening aarti are key highlights. By evening time of 7-8 pm, we will depart from Vrindavan to Delhi.
